Perseverance

Due to our families size and needs it took us 47 home viewings and 18 months to find the house that just felt right, even though it didn't check all the boxes. Toni sent us 158 houses to review online, that fit our criteria, only noting the few that she felt would actually work for us and in more cases then none she was right on and our 1,200 mile trips were well worth it even though the house wasn't the one. On more than a few occasions during the 18 months we would stray away from what we originally spoke to Toni about and Toni would kindly asked us about it. There were times were she would let us go on our own and explore new thoughts and ideas without her because she knew that sometimes its better that way. Attributes: Not short sighted Understanding Encouraged us to take our time throughout the 18 months Able to read our body language in regard to houses we where looking at which made for a better discussion concerning house going forward.
