From the outset, Toni was a fearless and tireless professional. The house was unoccupied for several years and had been overrun by pests. As a result, the condition of the property was far less than desirable. My intent was to sell the house “as is” and let the buyer address clearing it out and executing renovations. Prior to Toni’s initial visit to the property, I managed to have some of the contents removed and the house initially cleaned. But, there was a lot more work that needed to be done. When Toni arrived, she was cheerful and professional. She fearlessly entered the premises and when a four-legged pest ran across the floor of a room we were about to enter, she was not unnerved as I jumped back and recommended exiting the house. Having to wait for the completion of legal proceedings before selling, I decided to undertake renovating the property. Toni recommended excellent contractors, in addition to those I found, and renovations on the house proceeded from the roof to the slab. Once the renovations were complete, Toni provided recommendations for listing the property, including specific photographic considerations, actual versus virtual staging, and creating bold flyers for online display and handouts. I selected an initial listing price that was a bit high, with the understanding that adjustments may be necessary. From early on and throughout the time the property was listed, as I adjusted the price, Toni recreated flyers, held open houses, checked on the condition of the property, and notified me of any areas that required additional attention. Toni also helped address matters that arose during prior to the scheduled closing date, enabling the closing to occur on time. Toni is an excellent realtor!!!
