We moved from out of state, so before we even met Skip, we watched many of his videos to learn about the Albuquerque area in general and the real estate market in particular. There's great communication. We never felt like we were 900 miles away. Skip and Dave Binder were extremely helpful and patient when we were here for a four day tour of homes from Rio Rancho to Los Lunas. We love our new home and really appreciate the effort put in to get us here. The local snacks in the Welcome basket were very tasty.
