Kevin was very responsive. He knew how to overcome the specific challenges of the sale of the house. He helped with many logistics like what to do to maximize the sale of house, helping get town specific tasks done like paying the water bill, smoke detectors fee so I don't have to take a day off from work. He also works with Zillow which has a nice house showcase feature. He is highly recommended!

As a first time homebuyer.......the process of buying a house can be overwhelming as you don't know where to start. I feel like we hit the lottery finding Leanne to be our agent as she helped us find our dream home in such a short period of time. Her knowledge of the area (we were all over the place) was helpful as she would be able to tell you all the local hot spots no matter what town you were looking in. Leanne worked at our pace and did not try to push us into doing anything that was not in our original plan. Email, phone or text, Leanne makes herself available and got back to us most of the time in just a few minutes. We will be sad we will not be in contact with her on a daily basis moving forward but can't recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy out in Western Mass.
