My dad unexpectedly passed away in July of 2025. I am the oldest of 5 children that he left behind and I am only 20 years old. He was not married at the time of his passing and had no end of life affairs in order because of his sudden death. I was left in charge of everything. I am also currently engaged and getting married this coming June. This selling process being so pain-free and quick due to Kat's expert experience has let me be able to focus on my future marriage and career. Selling a home is stressful. Selling your parents home is even more stressful, but Stacy made it about as good as it could be.
