Shannon Durrum

Thank you so much for making this purchase possible and for being so patient with us!!!

The Vanessa Vale Team was amazing! They helped us through every step of the process, and answered any questions we had. They never gave up even after looking at many houses that weren’t right for us. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!

They always called or text back in a timely manner.very knowledgeable and helpful. They care about the customer more than the sell wanting to make sure it is a good fit.

Their marketing was extraordinary.Fb post was Amazing.Negotiation skills spot on.Vanessa and Shannon went above and beyond to help me with every aspect of selling and moving.I am eternally grateful for everything💕

Shannon and the entire Vanessa Vale team are wonderful. I was first time home buyer, and was unsure of how the process worked, but Shannon was always willing to help guide me in the right direction. I was also quite grateful for the other services and recommendations, like Move Concierge for setting up utilities and water, and helpful recommendations for homeowners insurance. Shannon and the Vanessa Vale team are excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a realtor.

Working with Shannon on selling our property was a smooth experience. She addressed all issues without any trouble or delays and exceeded our expectations by far. Shannon and her team where a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!
