Her father was a builder, landlord with multiple rental properties, and ran a farm. Vanessa spent most of her childhood along his side learning about construction. It only made sense that she would marry a man who owns a commercial construction company where she has expanded her career into commercial real estate. Vanessa’s career has grown primarily on repeat and referral business. She has always focused on her clients goals and needs while assisting in reaching their dreams. Vanessa has been blessed to have the opportunity to grow her business into a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals. Raised in a "Real Estate Family" in Memphis Tennessee, I graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Communications. After college I worked, for 5 years, with my mother who was a Real Estate Appraiser. It wasn't until I moved back to Lexington, my 4th house in 5 years, that I decided to make the career change to become a Real Estate Agent. With each move I enjoyed scouting the new areas and different styles of homes. Raised in Memphis, but born in the Big Blue Nation, I have always considered Kentucky Home. I look forward to showing clients the best that Lexington has to offer.

Excellent customer services and amazing communication from day one.
Amy was amazing from start to finish. From day one we felt like she was a long-time friend and she was always available to answer a question or share a joke. She was committed to getting us through the process as easily as possible and setting us up for success in our sale. The photography services provided by the team were top notch and Amy made sure we had the place looking its best for picture day. We felt informed at every step and if we did have a question, Amy was super responsive. Truly excellent experience for our first time selling a home and our only regret is that we moved out of state and can’t work with Amy and the team again. Five stars all around!
