I live out of state, so finding an agent was tricky as I didn't know where to begin. Michelle came recommended to me by a locksmith whom I called out to change the locks on my mother's house once she had passed away. From the start she presented herself with the utmost professionalism, (they say we make our judgment on someone within the first few minutes of meeting them). Michelle made a statement both outwardly with confidence, poise, and dressed to impress, as well as inward knowledge and mastery of the real estate business. You get the whole package with her! From the start, she gave excellent advice on how best to prep my mother's home and have it "sale ready". She really has a knack for looking at a home in its present state and finding small details to improve upon that can brighten up a home; elevating it to an attractive and warm environment. Michelle was an excellent communicator throughout, and never missed an opportunity to keep me in the loop with feedback from other realtors and/or potential buyers as the house was being shown. She returned all of my calls and/or texts if I reached out, and has an enormous amount of patience with her clients. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful event, and Michelle understands this. She is very good with listening to her clients concerns or worries, and helping alleviate any fears that come with this. Ultimately she sold my mother's home within months of it being on the market, and she, (along with her team), made the transaction as smooth and problem-free as possible. I am so pleased with Michelle and her team at RE/MAX Signature. Consider my review as doing your homework of researching an agent for you, and just hire Michelle for your real estate needs.
