The sale of my house proved to be a lot trickier than any of us expected. Through it all-- market conditions, unexpected repairs, and more--Michelle and her team always had a positive suggestion and belief that the house would eventually sell. When I became frustrated, they were empathetic, and had the information as to why this house was a hard one due to some unique features! In the end it did sell, we recently closed, and I can't thank Michelle, Andy, Joe and the rest of the team enough!!

Michelle is an excellent and thoughtful writer. She paid attention to every upgrade in my house and found a way to mention them seamlessly in the listing. The listing also uniquely showed a floorplan which I would find very helpful if I were buying a home. Michelle also responds quickly to phone calls and texts and does not dismiss seller suggestions out-of-hand. The only reason I did not give Michelle 5 stars, and perhaps it is not fair, was because of her handyman referrals. Both individuals she referred did not call when they said they would causing a delay of several days in an already tight timeline for the completion of repairs. On the other hand, her referral of a cleaning person was first-rate. I recommend Michelle Metcalf wholeheartedly if you are looking to sell your house.

Michelle showed up to our initial meeting thoroughly prepared with the necessary information to brief me on the current real estate market and her capabilities to sell my house. She kept me informed at all times along the way with feedback and recommendations. My house was on the market for less than 60 days before it went under contract and was eventually sold. Her negotiating skills are solid and won't allow you to get less than what she believes you deserve. I have another house that I am planning on selling in the next year, and will definitely hire her as my agent.
