Michelle is super nice, polite and professional....but more importantly, she is super knowledgeable about her profession as a a real estate agent! She made the whole listing process super easy to understand and guided me through the whole selling process from clearing out the house to the repairs and clean-up of the home to make it more marketable! All of her advice and expertise paid off in spades too....my home sold in the first 47 days of her listing it on MLS even in a soft market!
