My Experience with Michelle Metcalf as a Realtor

Right from the beginning, Sue and I knew Michelle would be a great real estate agent to have on our side in selling our house. Michelle was and is very, very friendly and concerned about complications of the sale of the house. We put the very best real estate agent in the Green Valley area to work in putting together a plan that would offer the right price and a fast sale. We had an unusual situation with equity and mortgages (2). She went into negotiations with the lender to lower what was owed on the 2nd mortgage and was able to keep us from having to pay to close the deal as we did not have the funds to do so. I heartily recommend Michelle Metcalf to be your real estate agent if you have a simple selling/purchasing situation or if you might have a little more complex situation. She will make you the best possible sale or purchase for your house.
