Lynn Moore, the Best Agent in the West!

Probably one of the best things to happen in my life was to meet Lynn Moore, the warmest, nicest, most professional, hard-working real estate agent in Idaho and surrounding states. She is absolutely the perfect agent! My late husband and I lived in five different states and purchased/sold nine homes during a 30-year timeframe. Buying is easy; selling is another matter entirely. That is, until the sale of our last home through Lynn Moore, the best agent in Idaho, in my opinion. Even though the initial appraisal was $30,000 less than what Lynn thought it should be, she reviewed the comps with the appraiser, who then agreed he had undervalued the home. Lynn knew instantly the worth of the home, and made it happen. Within a few weeks, an offer was made for the entire asking price. The rest is history. Aside from the fact that Lynn is extremely well-versed in real estate law, she is a beautiful person, inside and out. From a business transaction to a personal friendship, I am very blessed to have Lynn in my life! And Tiffiny, too! What else is there to say?
