I met Lynn at the worst time. My sister passed away last year. I really didn't know what to do with her home, and other belongings. Luckily, I met Lynn! My sister's house was in foreclosure and full of a life well lived. Lynn worked with the estate services to ensure the house was clean and ready. That sounds simple but the house was full of small items and a few antiques. I am not saying my sister was a hoarder. But my sister like little things more than large, and the house was full. Lynn is very knowledgeable and kept us informed on what was going on through phone calls, text and emails. Very professional in handling all the inspections, being our eyes and ears since we were out of state.
