Buying a home from across the country could have been stressful, but thanks to Alex, the whole process felt surprisingly easy. We were in different time zones, bought our home completely sight unseen, and even closed while we were on the road—and somehow everything went smoothly! The biggest thing for us was trust. While moving across country, Alex handled many things for me such as setting up inspections and viewing the listings while taking videos. She also went out of her way to show me the vicinity of the listings. Such as the drive up to the properties, or how close they were to potential disruptions or high noise areas. If there was a smell lingering or even small things an inspector might have missed or elected not to disclose, she would let me know as much as she possibly could about the properties. She also showed me one last listing that had just popped up after I was willing to settle on a house and it was much closer to what I was looking for! At no point did I feel like I didn't know what was happening or what I was walking in to. She worked with my lender as well to help everything go as smoothly as possible. I would definitely work with her again!

Alex stayed in constant contact and ensured that we were up to date every step of the way. With the few requests that came back from the mortgage team she was on top of it and finding answers immediately. Her attention allowed for a quick and smooth closing.
