She knew the pricing market very well, she made sure the property was able to be shown in its most attractive condition (she personally helped with the estate sale, obtained and oversaw the workers to repair, clean, paint and carpet the subject property.) Lynn contacted me many times with the most helpful attitude Lynn has a bubbly , positive attitude that is so pleasant. I will go out of my way to do business with Lynn any chance I can get. It is rare to find anyone so knowledgeable and professional with the highest integrity and honesty and punctual communication skills!
