Being a lifelong resident of Jefferson County helped in Kevin's decision in 1989 to become a West Virginia Real Estate agent. Kevin joined ERA Liberty Realty in 1995 and has since accomplished many goals and received many awards such as: Beyond Excellence, Leaders Circle and Top Producer's Club. Greg is an eighth generation small town West Virginia, son of both parents being professional educators. Moved
to the Eastern Panhandle in 1995 at which time he began his Real Estate Profession. Greg has been married for
26 years to his wife Patti, they have one son, Jacob. Greg's special interests include golfing with his son and
traveling with his family.

I began my work career in the retail business in 1987 and it spanned until 2004. I managed operations ranging from 30 to 150 employees and sales volumes from 7M to 260M. I worked 3 years in outside sales before opening my own transportation business in 2007. I operated that business for 9 years before closing closing it at the end of 2015. I worked as a Marketing Director for local remediation company for a few months before obtaining my real estate license. My entire career has been built on building client relationships and I look forward to applying that to my Real Estate Career.

Trust the Process was Cheryl's refrain.
We sold a house in need of major repair during a down turn in the market. Cheryl maintained a positive outlook throughout and walked us through the painful process of reducing the list price more than once. I wanted to take the house off the market on more than one occasion, but Cheryl always told us to trust the process. She was right. A buyer emerged and after a short negotiation we agreed on a price. The closing was smooth as could be. Cheryl was in regular contact with us throughout the process, which required an estate liquidator, three dumpsters and a cleaning service. It was a daunting project, but Cheryl had contacts for each step. Cheryl is the consummate professional who knows her market. Her positive attitude kept us going. She is an excellent realtor. We recommend her highly.
