My first encounter with Wendy was when she smiled and waved at me pulling out of my neighbor's driveway. I did not know they just hired her to represent them in the sale of their home. I had 5 realtors in my neighborhood waiting for me to choose one of them. However, when I met Wendy , I immediately felt comfortable knowing I would not be pressured in anyway and that my desire to sell my home without any oppression would be the agent for me. Not only does she have a relevant reputation in real estate, she was also a Banker..giving me the satisfaction and trust that I was searching for. We had many open houses and showings.
