Tim is an excellent realtor and made the house selling process as straightforward and successful as possible. He helped us buy and sell, but this review is focused on the sale of our house. This was our first time selling a house, and we were dreading the process, especially the preparations and the evaluation of (hopefully) multiple offers. Once we started the sale process, Tim walked us through all the what-if scenarios of the entire process, including prep, pre-inspection, listing, and talking through the key details that we'd look for in each offer. He suggested that we do a pre-inspection of the house, which initially seemed odd, but after discussing it a bit we thought it was a good idea. And it turns out it was a great idea, as it really enabled buyers to have confidence in the quality and lack-of-surprises in the home, enabling them to write higher offers and/or waive their inspection period. Our house received multiple offers above list price, including some with waived inspections, and we believe that was due to Tim's great suggestion to do a pre-inspection. Overall we had a good time working with Tim, he was very professional and is a reliable communicator.

Tim is the most wonderful realtor to work with. He is trustworthy, has expertise, and was looking out for us throughout the process!!! My partner and I are first time homebuyers, and were also living out of state and across the country when we first contacted Tim. We chose him because he was very good with technology that allowed us to look while not physically present. Tim continued to impress with his virtual home review videos and his expert eye to see the costly flaws in a house. He was always available and eager to help! He also helped us through complex circumstances of home buying. There were a few external mishaps and Tim helped us pivot and come up with a strategy for next steps. We extended multiple offers and he made sure we weren’t overpaying for anything through back and forth bartering. Some sellers didn’t want to work with us or convey the full details of the house and he cut through the unwritten rules of real estate and held other realtors accountable. Tim was very knowledgeable from a contracting perspective too. He had estimated costs for repairs and a great eye to spot flaws in any house. He has a contact list for every repair under the sun and was able to get quotes quickly during the inspection period. Which saved us after a house came back with a terrible inspection! Our home buying process was complex since we initially wanted an investment property then transitioned to making it a primary residence. Tim was very patient with us. I never felt pressure to buy a house I didn’t like, or extend an offer higher than I felt comfortable with. He was on our side for the 10 months we spent looking. He also responded very quickly and we were able to extend offers on a quick turnaround which is very important. We got a house we love and we will continue to use Tim for EVERYTHING real estate related!!!

Throughout the process, most of our communication was from 1200 miles away at our previous home, yet we felt continuously in the loop and taken care of. Tim put in the work early on in the process to gain our trust by understanding exactly what we were looking for, and from the beginning of the home search all the way to closing and connecting us to local services and businesses, he steered us in the right direction the whole way.

Tim was really easy to work with for our move from Texas. He and his team took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us get comfortable with purchasing and not being able to tour every home. He is very knowledgeable of the Minneapolis area and had great recommendations for contacts after the move for work we wanted to get done. Overall a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend and will use again.

Tim is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of home buying, owning and selling. He makes such detailed observations about small things that would never have occurred to me with his trained eye and mind. As a new homebuyer, Tim's opinions and explanations were so valuable and helpful. He definitely was able to steer us in the right direction without pushing his thoughts on you, just sharing. Fantastic realtor that I would be most willing to work with again!
