About Shelly

Being a native of Denver, Colorado, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in the world. Colorado is rich in beauty, adventure and excitement, which is what fueled my desire to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Being in the title insurance industry for over 20 years, I am very familiar with the buying and selling process of residential homes. Armed with the knowledge of contracts and the closing process, the only logical progression was to join the real estate sales force. With an enthusiasm for meeting new people, and a love of real estate, it was a natural fit. With a scrupulous eye for detail and strong work ethic, I am devoted to making your real estate transaction a fantastic experience. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you can make in your lifetime. It is a job that should be left for a real estate professional. With my experience in preparing legal real estate documents, I can assure you that I will make sure it is done right, the first time. Being your advocate is my number 1 priority. In my spare time, I enjoy camping and traveling in our RV with my husband Allen, teenage daughter Erin, and our always crazy dogs, Milo the Golden Retriever, and Millie the German Sheppard Pit Mix. We also enjoy fishing, hiking and snowmobiling in the winter. We are a devoted Broncos family and look forward to football season each fall (Go Broncos!) Being able to enjoy the Colorado lifestyle is something that I love and cherish. I can't wait to help you find that place in this beautiful state that you can call home!

Great Agent

Shelly did a great job assisting in the sale/purchase of a home and handling the various curve balls that came our way with the sale. Very thankful!

Bitter sweet

This was bitter sweet for us as our home has been in the family for 64 years. Shelly had our best interest always in mind and guided us in selling. We were under contract in 3 days with multiple offers, smooth like butter at closing.

Patient & Diligent

We first met Shelly in May 2025 when we started considering buying a house. Her patience and diligence are commendable. She answered so many questions to help us understand the process of buying our dream home. I have purchased previous homes and this was the least stressful home purchase I've had. She connected me with a loan officer who worked in tandem with us to help us get a loan approved and took care of all the tedious tasks that come with buying a house. I would definitely use Shelly again if I ever purchased another home, which we seriously doubt we will ever do since we found our forever dream home with Shelly's help.
