Shelia helped with buying my first home then selling it. Due to personal reasons, communication and steps during the process were difficult, but she did a wonderful job keeping everything moving. She was both kind and understanding but direct and clear about what needed to be done. Everything felt very personable and like she was working only for me, though I know she has many clients. It was that dedication and effort that makes her go from a great realtor to a truly spectacular one. We did have to drop the price substantially more than we originally hoped but she did a wonderful job at getting the best she could based on the current market. Superb negotiating both times she helped me. I truly cannot imagine having a better realtor and would highly recommend her to every person I know.
