One of the easiest transactions I have been involved with!

I just completed the sale of my home in Poway with Scott and Heidi Ray. I am a long time commercial and residential real estate investor. This home, my primary residence for 25 years, was off the market. Scott approached me with a client of his that was selling their home and looking to move into a one story in my neighborhood. After some quick and painless negotiations, the home was sold some 60 days after opening of escrow. Everything that Scott and Heidi handled or apprised me of, were spot -on. Although, this this was a complicated transaction that ended up as one of the easiest transactions I have been involved with thanks to The Ray’s being on top of their game.
