Rita Gibbs did an outstanding job of making it easy for me to sell my house. I don't think I could have done it without her! She hired a person to clean the place after I moved out, a landscaper to tend to the grounds, and a handyman to fix several items. Throughout the hot summer months, she watered the plants. I never had to come back to Tucson! What a gemstone realtor.
Rita was our agent when we bought our house in February 2023. She did an excellent job and made the experience as painless as possible, so of course we asked her to be our agent again when it came time for us to sell the house to move out of state. Our relationship with Rita did not end with the closing when we purchased the house. During our stay in Tucson Rita was available to answer questions and provide contractor referrals when we needed them. She has an extensive knowledge of the Tucson housing market as well as local businesses. She was very kind and always a professional.
