This was the second time using Paul to help us sell a house. He is very easy to communicate with. Paul had a good marketing strategy, the house was staged and open houses were planned and carried out. He has a very good knowledge of the market. Both times he helped us price the house so we got fair offers right away. He isn't the kind of realtor that prices high and then has to lower the price to get offers. I appreciate that. The house had some issues that were revealed in the inspection. Paul helped us work through the issues and with his experience and connections kept the sale moving forward. Paul has worked with my family for over 20 years when he helped my dad buy his first house and now things have come full circle and he helped my wife and I buy our first home together. He has also gone above and beyond, helping us negotiate the price down by $20k after the price was already reduced by about $15k from when it was initially listed. He has helped with us getting work done around the house by personally hiring people he already knows and has worked with including HVAC, cleaning gutters, redoing caulk and more.
