This the 2nd time I have worked with Morgan. The first was to sell my home and this time was to find my forever home. She sold my first house the first weekend it hit the market. This time we looked at a few houses and found the one we loved. We made an offer and it was accepted. Morgan was involved from start to finish in helping us thru this process. If I ever buy or sell again Morgan will certainly be my choice of realtors to work for me.

She informed me about selling process, she had a day to show the house, One of the four lookers that day made an offer to buy the house at the asking price and I accepted the offer. She knew the house would sell at a reasonable price. Several weeks later we had settlement.
