I've been in Las Vegas real estate since 2000, when I began my career on the marketing and administrative side of the business. I earned my Nevada real estate license in December 2005 and became a REALTOR® in January 2006. Since then, I've represented buyers and sellers in hundreds of transactions throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
That early marketing experience continues to shape how I approach real estate today. I understand that successfully selling a home takes more than putting a sign in the yard - it takes thoughtful pricing, professional presentation, strategic marketing, strong communication and skilled negotiation. I utilize professional photography, Matterport 3D tours, floor plan renderings, digital marketing and strategic pricing to give my sellers every advantage while keeping the process as smooth and manageable as possible.
I have extensive experience with traditional sales, new construction, REO and bank-owned properties, short sales and complex negotiations. I also hold the SRS, PSA, RENE and CDPE® designations/certifications.
As a Las Vegas native, I'm comfortable helping clients throughout the greater Las Vegas Valley, however, my specialty is townhomes in Southeast Las Vegas and Henderson, particularly Braewood Heritage Square, Heritage Square South, Sunrise Villas and the La Mancha communities. I'm also a longtime resident of Braewood Heritage Square, so my knowledge of the community goes beyond the real estate market - I actually live here.
