My Mom is in Wisconsin, I'm in WA State, and she's got to get into Assisted Living in a hurry. OASIS got me into contact with Marc. Being so far from my childhood home and having the responsibility to deal with a bridge loan for the A.L. was a huge stressor for me. However, communicating with Marc from day 1 really eased much of that. I could tell right away just talking with him on the phone that he was sincere and understanding of our circumstances. His personal experience makes him stand out in his industry. Marc's knowledge of people/contractors/industry professionals and the entire process was absolutely incredible. I had the utmost confidence that my Mom and home were being given the best heartfelt effort. I truly feel we were got the BEST person to get us through this process and recommend him 100%. If you don't choose Marc, especially in a situation dealing with an elderly person, you are missing out on a wonderful person to help you.

If only there were an opportunity to give more stars! There are few people you'll meet in your lifetime that are more compassionate, yet professional, than Marc. He truly "gets it". With his life experience driving his passion to help other families navigate a stressful time in their lives, he is nothing short of a lifeline to answers and sanity. He lifted us up during a dark period with a relative I truly wanted to help, but wasn't sure how to go about dealing with a house situation that was overwhelming at best. When a house is the key to funding care for your loved ones, there's no one else I'd want in my corner than Marc. He explained everything in detail and made me feel like I could breathe again. I had time to focus on my loved one while he put together options. Seriously... options! I felt like I'd gained some precious control of a situation that was going sideways. He brought solutions when I didn't think there were any. I'll be forever grateful that he has the knowledge, experience, and expertise to truly make lemonade out of lemons.

Marc is fantastic. He sat down with my elderly father, along with my sister & I last fall to review the process of selling a house. He provided us with names of reliable movers and estate sale companies. This spring, once the house was empty, the photographers took over for the listing. He advised us of the current market & recommended a sale price range. He helped with every step of negotiations & closing. He handled everything and forgot nothing. I cannot recommend Marc more highly.
