This is our second time selling with Lise. Recently, we downsized to a ranch level home. Then spent several weeks prepping our primary residence and reached out to Lise to prepare comps. We began our search multiple years ago, and there was never any pressure to just settle on something “good enough”; she was more than willing to wait for our dream house to come along! Once the perfect house did come along, Lise's knowledge of the area/market helped take a lot of the stress out of negotiations, as her guidance allowed us to position our offer to give us the most likely chance of acceptance at a fair price. It was clear she had our best interests at heart, and not just a desire to close the deal. After our offer was accepted, Lise was well organized and kept us (and the seller) in front of all milestones to ensure we were able to hit our target closing date. Choose Lise!
