Laura went beyond the call of duty to make this sale a success. I live out-of-state and couldn't be on site to do anything. She even cleaned, changed filters, and did other work to help get things done. She had solid contacts to get work done well and at a great price. She stayed on top of things and cared as much about the process as I did (if not more!). She kept me informed, and would handle the delicate issues with my co-owner of the property. She didn't give up on us and stuck with it until the end (actually, even after the closing). I highly recommend her!
