With the first meeting I had with Juan I knew I was in good hands. He was so prepared in that first meeting with documents and knowledge of the area I lived in. He was straight forward with his plan and approach to selling my house. When it came time to put the house on the market he went the extra distance on Photos, listings, and overall preparation of the house to make it stand out from anything else around me.
