If I could give Josh 10 stars I would. We decided this past winter that we wanted a winter home in Florida. After seeing some of Josh’s YouTube videos on The Florida Life we thought we’d give him a call. So glad we did. He was so knowledgeable about all the different areas that we were looking at and helped us pick the right area and the perfect home. He was always a phone call away. This was a new home being built and we weren’t around as we went back up north to our home in Massachusetts . Josh kept us updated on the progress and sent pictures regularly as the house progressed. Even after the sale he has reached out to us twice to see how everything was going. We have bought several houses in the past and hands down Josh was the best realtor we have ever worked with. If you’re looking to buy in Florida don’t hesitate to call Josh. You won’t be disappointed

From the second we met Josh he knew exactly what we wanted. He took us to Beachwalk and we knew we found our new home. Josh walked us through the whole process and was in constant contact with us. Even when we made a last minute decision to make a major change to the build, Josh dropped what he was doing and went over to Beachwalk and made it happen. Josh monitored our construction and sent us weekly updates. He was with us on our walkthroughs and made sure we were completely satisfied. Josh is the best!
