After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration from Coastal Carolina University, he built a distinguished 26+ year career in residential and commercial real estate appraisal, working across the coastal areas of Horry, Georgetown, and Charleston counties. As a member of the Appraisal Institute, he stays up to date with today’s changing markets and regulatory landscape. Jonathan is also a licensed commercial and residential building inspector with extensive training and knowledge of the International Building Code and local building codes for new construction.
