Jolee was absolutely exceptional from the beginning of our affiliation. She helped me find a rental property purchase it and set up everything for the property. She did all of this while I was in a completely different state. The property needed work and she helped me arrange local vendorsTo help me get a new roof and a new hot water heater and redo some areas were water damage occurred. Then she was able to help me sell this property for an excellent price. I cannot imagine being able to do this type of transaction without someone as amazing as Jolee. I gave her my highest recommendation!
