As first-time home buyers, the process can be scary and overwhelming. Jess made it so that this process was FAR from those two things! She set up tours last minute while we were in town before we lived in St. Louis and was patient as we navigated moving to St. Louis from Montana. She was persistent in finding us the perfect fit and her communication could not have been better. She was quick to answer all of our questions and did so with ease. We could not imagine working with anyone else!

I knew from the moment I sat down with her that she was the one for the job. She walked into our first meeting ready to go — comps already pulled, a clear plan in place — and that confidence never wavered. She took care of every detail: photos, staging, marketing. Everything was so beautifully presented. We had an offer and were under contract on day two, and the rest of the transaction was completely seamless. She made selling my home feel effortless. 10/10!

Jess was fantastic, always easy to get a hold of and communicate with, very flexible with her time to aid us on tours and property lookups at a short notice, and most importantly, a wealth of knowledge about what to look for, what to avoid, and what to do next for every step of the process. If your household is two busy adults who both work full time (like ours), Jess will take so much stress out of the whole process by virtue of her efficiency and expertise.
