Jennifer did an amazing job helping my mom sell her home. My mom wasn’t sure how she wanted to proceed during and after the house sold, but Jennifer was willing to show her different options and was flexible in the planning process. Once we received offers, she was quick to respond to both us and the buyers agent which allowed the negotiations to progress smoothly. She was not afraid to stand up for my mom in negotiations or do what it took to help the deal go through. She offered many times to assist with contacts for repairs, lawn maintenance, moving, etc. I highly recommend her!
