It took a while because of the market and especially as we had a stair chair making it a unique sale. Jan took every opportunity there was to have people in. They all loved the home but the stair chair was not for everyone. It is an expensive addition to the home and we were hoping to sell it with the chair. She found the right people who were pleased with everything… including the stair chair. Jan is a great listener. She gets to know you and understand exactly what your goals are. She found us the perfect new home as well. Jan is a delightful agent who is persistent with out being pushy. Here explanations and understanding of the market are invaluable. Anyone working with her will see that immediately.
