Jim Lorch has been the greatest. He helped us sell our home and then buy a condominium. You cannot find a realtor that is more helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He goes out of his way to do anything you need and offers assistance and identifies roadblocks and things you have not thought about. This makes it easy to accomplish a smooth sale and purchase without surprises. I have dealt with realtors before but Jim is much superior and we recommend him for anyone in need of a realtor. We are glad we chose Jim to help us with our transactions.
