Made Selling Dad's Home Easy

Jim came highly recommended by several friends when I let it be known that my elderly father wanted to sell his house and move to Florida. From the first meeting through the closing Jim walked Dad through every step as he clearly explained the process of the sale, made recommendations that enabled him to take advantage of the market, and answered all of Dad's questions. I appreciated the time he took to make sure that Dad understood and was comfortable with every decision.
