What can I say about Jim Lorch other than...INCREDIBLE!

What can I say about Jim Lorch other than...INCREDIBLE! And I don't just say that because we have been friends for 17 years. Throughout the entire adventure of finding a house, he never stopped actively working and searching on my behalf. Mind you, my search took a whole ten months!! Yikes! I may have caused him a few gray hairs but he never complained. In fact, he counts it as a joy and privilege to serve his community. From making suggestions of which inspections to have done, to how well a home seems to be built, and even as particular as breaking down the cost of fixing things up or paying certain bills, Jim Lorch doesn't miss any details. He dreams with you and helps you to reach your goal of having a wonderful home that you're proud of. On top of that, you will never feel out of the loop because he consistently gives updates and asks you how you're feeling about all of the diverse aspects of home-buying. As a first-time homebuyer, I was ecstatic to have Jim Lorch in the role of my realtor!
