We appreciated Jim’s assistance in selling our home. His professionalism, friendliness, and abilities to provide support in every instance was extremely helpful. We are happy that our friends at church recommended and that we chose Jim as our realtor. Jim came out to the house after we called and explained the process to us, which was a lot different than the experience we had with another realtor last summer when we first decided to try to sell our home. He told us what to expect and the process went exactly as he stated. He knew that we had a bad experience but helped us to be comfortable in listing the house. It took less than a week for the house to sell. Even when the prospective buyer was a veteran and wanted to purchase using a VA loan, he told us what to expect. It was just as predicted which made the sale more demanding and a lot of additional work. Then along came the Coronavirus which caused more challenges. The closing in a parking lot was surely not normal. Of course, he knew all the other challenges along the way. We were fortunate to have Jim pave the way and everything turned out okay. We are grateful for everything Jim did for us. We don’t know what we would have done without him. We would gladly recommend Jim’s services to anyone who is looking for a realtor.
