ONE REALLY GOOD REAL ESTATE AGENT

Jim is a remarkable agent with great knowledge of the housing market, and a heart to serve his clients with patience and professionalism. He gave us all the market data we needed to help us set a list price we were comfortable with and hopefully attract multiple buyers. On Wednesday, January 17th our home went public with "COMING SOON" on line. The following weekend we had 20 confirmed showings. The following Tuesday we had 6 offers on the table. Jim reviewed each with us and we signed a Purchase Agreement thar day. The fact that we received $30,000 over our List Price was true testament to Jim's expertise in the real estate market. We closed 16 days later. Jim prayed with us, kept us informed and at ease during the entire process. Jim has put us in touch with a fellow Coldwell Realtor in Kentucky to assist us find our next home. We are very thankful to have had Jim as our real estate agent and we know that he is fully committed to his clients and their needs.
