Jim was outstanding to work with. I live in NYS and had a property that had to be sold. He took care of everything for me, and sold it in one day! I was literally speechless when he called me to say he had a cash offer. He explained everything clearly to me, answered all my questions in a very timely manner, and was a true gentleman throughout the entire process. Although I will never need to sell anything again in Michigan, I hope if you need to purchase or sell, you will run (and not walk) to Jim's office. And Jim, thank you again for everything.
