We were living in South Florida but wanted to buy a house with some land, which we found is impossible with out a huge budget in Southern Florida. We found Jacksonville, and we were lucky enough to come across Heather. She was extremely patient with us, extremely knowledgeable on every listing and if she didn't know the answer she would immediately reach out to someone who did. I have seen realty work throughout my entire life as my parents rent out houses, so I've seen the buying process from an outside perspective, but never done it myself. She helps us walk through the entire process, provided the best lenders and insurance providers, we were able to get an amazing rates as well as insurance that fully covers everything at an great price. Unfortunately, two separate houses fell through the buying process as the owners had upwards of $40k in repairs just to make it habitable and the lender be able to provide the loan. We didn't want to get into one of those money sinks. After 3 to 4 trips up here, and looking at up wards of 50+ houses, we found the perfect new build house. Once the process started, she was instrumental in helping us through it and answering any questions we had. Now we're living in the house and we love it. And this is just the professional side of her, let me get into the personal side of her a little bit She's one of the nicest, and most respectful realtors I have ever met, and I have met dozens of different realtors throughout my life. I would highly recommend her for anybody looking for a house as she treats you like family and will answer texts quickly, is super personable and there's nothing I can say that I didn't like about her (and in general, I don't like people lol). She was respectful throughout the entire time. I have not one bad thing to say about her and will be recommending her to anybody that asked me for a realtor that can be trusted not just just trying to push you to buy a house so she can make money
