I first met Hannah in 2024 through a mutual friend. At the time, I was interested in buying a second property similar to my first. She found this property for me and took care of everything I could’ve possibly asked for. Her lender was able to qualify me for the home by myself, which was a huge accomplishment for me personally! A little over a year later, we came up on PCS orders and I had to sell the home quick! So I trusted none other than Hannah, she was able to get me the home and she was able to sell the home! Even with the current market, definitely being a buyers market our home sold quicker than anticipated. She brought me a total of five offers and two were cash offers. She took care of my home as we had to move and saw all repairs through herself. We could not have done this without her and I know a lot of people might throw that around lightly, but we seriously could not have done this without her. Trust that Hannah will care for you to find you the perfect home for you family or sell your home when relocating. I absolutely look forward to working with her again.

Buying a house site unseen, across a different time zones, and contingent on the sale of our another house is a massive task. Hanna was a great help as she was easily accessible through text, call, email, and FaceTime. She went as far as to communicate with our buyer's mortgage company to assure that they were on schedule to complete our house sale and stay on track for our next home purchase. Even though there was a snow and ice storm, she and her husband showed up to help us with a home demonstration of appliances and the dual climate zone (first time) and even they even helped shovel snow and ice out of our driveway for the movers to be able to get in and out of the house. Genuine person and Real Estate Agent with a great deal of knowledge and resources.

Hannah is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! She was not only professional in her work, but she was thorough and displayed many times her knowledge of the industry. I however REALLY appreciated her heart behind every interaction between herself and everyone involved. She was really looking out for our good and being the best advocate possible for us! Her bringing up different concerns of hers as she walked properties with us… making sure we found exactly what we were wanting and needing. Hannah did an amazing job keeping us grounded throughout the process and helped us walk the journey of being first time home buyers. Previously to Hannah, I had dealt with agents who did not prioritize us as a client, nor did they advise on our behalf but rather what was convenient to them. Hannah however through every step was available whenever I needed her, very helpful with any questions or directing us to the correct information, and even brought her husband Kenneth for a second opinion on different structures. They both made a great team in helping us navigate which home would fit our needs best. Amazing agents, but more so amazing people! They both truly have such a heart of gold and I’m so glad to not have only worked with them but have gained a friend as well! You can’t go wrong with choosing Hannah as your agent in this industry!
