We hit the jackpot with Greg Hanner. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I had no idea what we had gotten ourselves into. Being a military family moving half-way across the country further complicated things, but Greg guided us through the entire process with more professionalism and personalized care than I could’ve possibly imagined. From the initial phone conference, I knew he was the guy to work with. He set us up with an extremely detailed and specific to our needs search filter; he was super responsive throughout the process. Even though we had limited time in the area to look at houses, he went out of his way to show us all the ones we wanted to look at and explained in detail what we were looking at - often pointing out things (and reasons to scratch a house off our list!)
