We hired Greg to act as our agent for a new construction in East Lyme. He normally builds custom homes and was thus very knowledgeable and helpful in our interactions with the builder. He listened to our needs and provided excellent advice on both the house building and purchasing process. His suggestions made a real difference in terms of the house (adding a door to access extra space under the roof, giving us 200sqf of upstairs storage space, location of electrical panel, generator switch, required items required for a future finished basement, opening direction for extra doors) and our finances. His keen eye caught a number of issues during the construction. As a result, we highly recommend him as a real estate agent for both existing and new constructions.
