We were first time home buyers, and were recommended to work with Greg, and are sure glad we did! Firstly, he was very thorough at explaining the processes, what to expect, different options for buying, and all the rest that new buyers may not know. Along with Greg’s real estate experience, his previous work with building projects was a reassurance as we toured homes and he could give us honest opinions about the state of the house, and money that may need to be sunk into it. Finally, Greg had our best interests as the priority through the process, and was not guiding us towards properties that would be beyond our finances or lifestyle.
