If you are looking for a quality realtor, my wife and I highly recommend Greg Hanner. While living out-of-state, we contacted Greg to assist us in looking for a home in the New London area. We started with a long online meeting with Greg in which he took the time to have a thorough understanding of what our needs were. Greg setup a customized MLS search for us. Each time a new home showed up on the market that matched our search criteria, we received an email with the property details. When we found properties we were interested in looking at, Greg conducted excellent virtual tours of the homes. He gave us information on the home, as well as the surrounding neighborhood and community. One of the things we most appreciated about Greg's assistance is that he gave us a balanced review of each house. Every house will have some issues that need to be considered. He provided us with his professional advice as to any issues that may need to be addressed with a particular home. We found this advice invaluable as we were not able to view the homes in person. Greg is an excellent communicator. He was able to keep us informed throughout all the ins-and-outs of the home buying process in Connecticut.
