Greg is a professional who knows his business. He is a driven agent who is constantly learning and improving himself for your benefit as a client. Greg sold our home near the end of 2019 and we couldn't be happier with his service. He took the time to educate us on the selling process and pricing strategies so that we were ready to make informed decisions throughout the process. He expertly coached us through staging the house to produce fantastic professional photos and a 3D walkthrough. Then marketed the house across multiple online platforms (Zillow, etc) beyond the MLS to get our ad the broadest exposure possible. He was careful and thorough to tweak the ad for accuracy and went into each platform to make adjustments for each website to ensure superior performance. The result was multiple showings during the first weekend and a full price offer on the first showing. Greg thoughtfully helped us through the negotiation process and we sealed the deal without any drama. He is an excellent communicator and was careful to keep all the involved parties up to date with changes and new information.
