Greg was terrific, super knowledgeable and a good listener. His steady energy and good cheer held up through 6 months of this house being on the market. He made numerous helpful suggestions, was always encouraging and available on short notice, and he even walked me through a small sump-pump emergency by telephone when he was on vacation. The one thing I wish I had done differently is have the house inspected myself so that I had a better idea of what needed fixing and a better idea of how to price the house. As it was, we had to drop the price twice which, in a still hot market, didn't feel good. I recommend Greg warmly to anyone.
