Greg recently handled the purchase of land and building of a new home for us. The land was a very difficult building parcel requiring many approvals. He handled each one with us as they came along. Purchase, parcel combination, septic, water, blasting, DEEP, building, CAMA, zoning, etc.<br/><br/>Greg served as project manager for the construction process and we couldn't be more pleased. We were kept informed of every facet during the home construction. He made numerous helpful recommendations throughout the project and our home came out beautiful. This was a 18 month process and was completed nearly two months early. This is the second home construction project we did with Greg and were very pleased both times. I would highly recommend him without reservation for any real estate or construction project.
